COVID -19 - Subject Access request

We may take longer than the statutory one month to respond to your Subject Access Request.  The Information commissioner recognises that there may be delays and responses may take longer than the statutory deadline.

With Flu season approaching we wanted to let you know that we will be starting the flu clinics in early September . Watch this space for more details closer to the time.
Please note our doors will be closed with immediate effect , this is to ensure the safety of all our staff and patients . If you have an appointment booked please call on arrival and and a member of staff will let you in.
