You can now book a Doctor’s appointment and request prescriptions 24 hours a day with Patient Access.

How to Register for Patient Access

To register for Patient Access you must sign up for this service. You must be aged 16 or over and must attend the surgery in person with photographic proof of identity and documentation showing your address.

Once your identity has been confirmed you will be given a registration form which will contain all the information you need to register.
