Changes to urgent prescriptions
As from 1st May, all URGENT prescriptions will need to be requested in writing at reception, by completing an urgent prescription request form. This must be completed by 1pm for collection after 6pm that day. Any urgent requests received after 1pm will NOT be processed until 6pm the following day.
We are working together with other local practices to offer more appointments in the early mornings, evenings or at weekends. Speak to a member of the practice team to find out more.
Medication can be requested in a number of ways:
- Calling 0117 9449700 between 10.00 and 12.15pm ONLY
- Via online patient access (please ask at reception for more details)
- At reception
If you use Online Patient Access you can request prescriptions 24 hours a day and book a doctors' appointment. Please bring photo ID to reception who will be able to help you with this.
You can fill out your own Statutory Sick Pay (SSP) certificate online. Just follow the instructions on the links provided on the 'Been off Work?' page.
